6+ Years
Experience
I'm a UI/UX designer with 6+ years of enterprise experience, from problem discovery to final pixels, including screens on machines. Before I design anything, I go see it in the real world: the store, the machine, the person using it. The best design decisions get made before the first screen, and the best screens prove those decisions were right.
At Home Depot, I found the problems in the field and designed the fix on the glass. My self-checkout work turned a payment decline into a recovery moment, adding $40M in sales and winning Home Depot's Best in Technology award. My in-store credit tools took associate adoption from zero to 35% by fixing a workflow nobody had noticed was broken.

Field before Figma
I start where the work actually happens — call centers, store floors, the people using the thing. The real problem is rarely the one on the ticket.
Design for the outcome
I design toward a behavior change, not a deliverable. If we shipped it and nothing anyone did changed, it didn’t matter. Every screen earns its place against that test.
Prove it moved
I measure by what people do differently after launch — adoption, completion, conversion — not features shipped. Ship value, not demos.
